Arwadi J. Setiabudi – President Director. Mr. Setiabudi has been involved in the Information Technology industry for over eight years. He founded PT. Rekayasa Benda Comindo in 1997 and served as its sole Director until January 2000. The corporation under his management was rewarded an exclusive oversea contract valued at US $300,000 from Ocwen Technology Exchange, a subsidiary of Ocwen Federal Bank (NYSE:OCN). Once the contract was successfully finished, the corporation was again rewarded a contract from EQUINTA.COM, a start-up company soon to be listed in NASDAQ, and also Informatica Geografica, a company based in San Diego, California. Prior to managing his own venture, Mr. Setiabudi was Head of Network and Distributed Systems at DataQuick Information System, a subsidiary of Axciom (NASDAQ:ACXM), and Head of IT Division of Bank Kesawan, Jakarta. Mr. Setiabudi received a Bachelor of Science degree (Magna Cum Laude) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Portland, Oregon in 1991; and later earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Southern California in 1993. Mr. Setiabudi is one of the original Microsoft Certified Engineers (Certified Professional # 9168). He is also certified by Rational University and HOW Modeling School.

Jureke Kusuma - Director. Ms. Kusuma was Finance Director at PT. Asinusa Fajar Utama (IFS Group) and PT. Alffa Subur Satryo (Senatama Group), before actively involved as Marketing Director at PT. Polamedia Mestika Pratama. She brings over 8 years of experience in Finance and Marketing to complement the technical team. Ms. Kusuma is also the founder and commissioner of several start-up companies, such as PT. Australindo Enegytama (Oil & Gas), PT. Kreasi Era Baru (Design & Printing) and PT. Indo Mestika Nusantara (Interactive Multimedia). Ms. Kusuma graduated from Ohio State University with dual Bachelor Degrees in Business Management and in Psychology in 1991.

Kenneth Pai – Database Architect. Mr. Pai is a senior Database Architect with over ten years of development experience. Mr. Pai holds Master of Science in Applied Mathematics as well as Master of Science in Computer Science Engineering from University of California, San Diego. Mr. Pai has great analytical skills with sound understanding of all aspects of modern computer technology, which includes COM/DCOM, UML/OMT object modeling, Workflow management, XML modeling and Object-Relational Database Modeling. Mr. Pai has been a consultant of many large-scale projects ranging from Hughes’s air traffic control System to GMAC-RFC’s intranet-based Loan Management System. His recent Internet development includes OTX’s www.realtrans.com, an internet-based B2B real-estate transactions System, where he is the Chief Database Architect and successfully developed an XML-based architecture solution. Mr. Pai is the initial founder of PAXB2B. He is actively involved in seeking the business opportunity between US and Asia.

Iman S. Tjandra – Project Manager. Mr. Tjandra was a Project Manager at PT Rekayasa Benda Comindo. His main responsibilities included managing several major accounts, coordinating remote development and contributing innovative ideas. He managed a group of 4 to 5 engineers to provide total solution to Ocwen Technology Exchange, a subsidiary of Ocwen Federal Bank (NYSE:OCN); and EQUINTA.COM, a start-up company soon to be listed in NASDAQ. Previously, Mr. Tjandra spent four years as Director and Founder at PT. Virgo Niaga Lestari, a renowned software house. He had also obtained extensive experience and knowledge by working at PT. Handijaya Sukatama; Microsoft Workgroup Canada, Vancouver, BC; Ministry of Transportation & Highways, Vancouver, BC; and Ministry of Social Services & Housing, Vancouver, BC. Mr. Tjandra graduated from Simon Fraser University, Vancouver, BC, with a Bachelor degree in Management & Systems Science. Mr. Tjandra is certified by Rational University.

L. Herry Prihandoko – Senior Software Engineer. Previously, Mr. Prihandoko was a Software and Network Engineer with PT Rekayasa Benda Comindo. His responsibility was to provide web-based solution for Informatica Geografica, a company based in San Diego, California. Later, Mr. Prihandoko was one of the On-Site Software Engineers at EQUINTA.COM, a start-up company soon to be listed in NASDAQ. Prior to his service, Mr.Prihandoko worked for PT KiloMegaGiga, a US-affiliated software-consulting firm. Mr. Prihandoko had education from the Pembangunan Nasional University in Economics. He is an outstanding self-taught engineer as shown by his credentials by demonstrating his well-versed skillsets of software designing and network computing technology, which includes COM/DCOM, Web Programming and Relational Database Modeling. Mr. Prihandoko’s skills are certified by Brainbench, a US certification authority (www.brainbench.com), in the following disciplines: Web Programmer, HTML Programmer, MS Visual Interdev 6.0 Developer, Active Server Pages Programmer, Visual Basic 6.0 Programmer, Visual Basic 5.0 Programmer, RDBMS Developer, IE 4 Administrator, Windows NT Administrator, Windows NT Workstation Administrator.

Joseph Judistira – Senior Software Engineer. Before joining PT. Polamedia Mestika Pratama, Mr. Judistira was one of the marquee developers at PT Rekayasa Benda Comindo from 1999 to 2000. He was actively involved in a team that was assigned to Ocwen Technology Exchange, a subsidiary of Ocwen Federal Bank (NYSE:OCN). Mr. Judistira then took a major role in building web total solution for EQUINTA.COM, a start-up company soon to be listed in NASDAQ. Earlier, Mr. Judistira spent four years at PT InfoGlobal AutoOptima as a Software Engineer. Mr. Judistira graduated from the Institute of Technology Surabaya with a Bachelor of Computer Science degree. Mr. Judistira has very extensive training experience in the US, and he is certified by Rational University.

Kok Sang – Software Engineer. Mr. Kok Sang was a dynamic Software Engineer at PT Rekayasa Benda Comindo. He supported a remote development for EQUINTA.COM, a start-up company soon to be listed in NASDAQ. Earlier, Mr. Kok Sang was an Instructor at STIKOM University. He was also involved as one of the leading web programmers of OHMYGUIDE.COM’s financial section project for a Singapore-based portal. Mr. Kok Sang graduated with Bachelor degree in Informatics Management from STIKOM University. He is very keen in improving his skills as proven by his expertise in Javascript and XML modeling. His credentials are confirmed by certifications by Brainbench, a US certification authority (www.brainbench.com), in the following areas: MS Visual Interdev 6.0 Developer, Javascript Programmer, Vbscript 6.0 programmer, Web Programmer, HTML Programmer and XML programmer, Active Server Pages Programmer.

I Ketut Kartika Tanjana – Software Engineer. While working at PT Rekayasa Benda Comindo, Mr Tanjana provided his service to Informatica Geografica, a company based in San Diego, California; and EQUINTA.COM, a start-up company soon to be listed in NASDAQ. He worked as an On-Site Software Engineer in the US for a couple of months. Previously, Mr. Tanjana dedicated his service to PT IPTN, PT Telkom and Lucent Technology, Germany in three years span. Mr. Tanjana graduated from Georg-Simon-Ohm Fachhochschule –Nuernberg, Germany with Dipl.-Ing. (FH) in Telecommunication Engineering. Mr. Tanjana has very extensive training experience in Germany and in the US.

Dominikus Prabowo – Software Engineer. While working at PT Rekayasa Benda Comindo, Mr. Prabowo was actively involved in the outsourcing works from the USA. He was one of the On-Site Engineers that worked on EQUINTA project. Mr. Prabowo’s main expertise in web programming is Javascript, PHP3, and all of Microsoft internet components. Mr. Prabowo graduated from University of Kansas, USA, with a degree in Computer Science.

Gunawan Halim – Software Engineer. Mr. Halim was a Software Engineer at PT. Kilo Mega Giga. His responsibilities included researching, prototyping and creating business application products. Presently, Mr. Halim is in charge of Yayasan Kesehatan Bank Mandiri software development project and its maintenance. Mr. Halim’s prominent skillsets are database modeling and Visual Basic programming, which he demonstrates by obtaining the certifications from Brainbench, a US certification authority (www.brainbench.com). Mr. Halim graduated from Bina Nusantara University with a Bachelor degree in Informatics Management.

Yusuf Wiryonoputro – Software Engineer. Mr. Wiryonoputro was a Software Engineer at PT Rekayasa Benda Comindo. His responsibilities included research, prototyping and being a productive team member. Mr. Wiryonoputro graduated from the University of Brawijaya with a Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering. He had Graphical Programming & Instrumentation training in Australia.

Marzuki Asikin – Web Graphic Designer. Mr. Asikin was graduated from TAFE Perth, Western Australia, with a Diploma in Interactive Multimedia in 2000. Despite his limited professional experience, Mr. Asikin is an outstanding graphic designer and web animator. He has managed to improve his talent and skills to fit and contribute to the team at PT. Polamedia Mestika Pratama. Mr. Asikin is certified by Brainbench, a US certification authority (www.brainbench.com), in Photoshop and Macromedia Flash. Previously, Mr. Asikin also had job training at Saatchi and Saatchi Advertising Agency.

Sjamssudin Budi Nugroho– Web Graphic Designer. Mr. Nugroho has more than 3 years experience in graphic design field. While he is with PT. Polamedia Mestika Pratama, he has worked and is currently working on these following projects: HSBC, ABN-AMRO, American Express. Mr. Nugroho graduated from Institute Seni Indonesia, Yogyakarta with Graphic Design Degree.
